"It takes a whole village to raise a child" - Ancient African Proverb

Our volunteer programs are a great way to give back to the local communities and make a difference in the lives of children and young people. There are many different education volunteer programs available, so you can find one that fits your interests and skills.

Some popular education volunteer programs include:

  • Teaching: Volunteering as a teacher can be a rewarding experience. You can work with children of all ages, teaching them the basics of reading, writing, and math. You can also volunteer to teach special education or English as a second language.

  • Tutoring: If you have a strong academic background, you can volunteer as a tutor. Tutors help students who are struggling in school to improve their grades. You can tutor one-on-one or in small groups.

  • After-school programs: After-school programs provide children with a safe and fun place to go after school. Volunteers can help with homework, lead activities, or just be a positive role model for the kids.

  • Volunteer reading programs: Volunteer reading programs pair adult volunteers with children who need help reading. Volunteers read aloud to children, help them with their comprehension skills, and encourage them to love reading.
