Our Education Quality is Low
Most teachers of our teachers are mostly school dropouts. Others are those with little or no training.
Our best teachers have been cherry-picked or have moved on for better paying jobs.
In essence, our teachers are not happy to teach. Our learners are not happy too and they don’t feel safe going to school.
Teach to Teach
Education Action in Crisis has been inspired by Teachers for Teachers program. Through this inspiration, EAC want to train, coach and mentor teachers in order to bring out the best in our front-line responders.
We seek to invest in the human resource capacity of teachers. Our interest is prioritizing, empowering teachers and make them the center of learning.
